Screens, stress, not enough rest… A lot of everyday tension builds up in the head, the back of the neck and the shoulders, and ends up as headaches, tired eyes and a feeling that you can't switch off.
The Head, Neck and Scalp Therapy is a deeply calming 60-minute treatment designed to release that tension and leave your mind clearer.
A treatment for the tension you can't see
The muscles of the neck and scalp work all day to hold your head up, and they react to every moment of concentration or stress.
The massage combines work on the neck and shoulders with a slow massage of the scalp, temples and face, to release tension and help you truly relax.
You can add a nourishing scalp and hair oil treatment for €10 extra.

A slow, deep massage that relaxes and eases the feeling of pressure.
Hair oil (optional)
A nourishing scalp and hair treatment for €10 extra.

Related to jaw tension
If you also clench your teeth or your jaw feels tight, the bruxism and TMJ massage may suit you better, as it also works on the face and jaw.
Sessions take place at the studio in Málaga city centre or at your home anywhere on the Costa del Sol.

Does this massage help with headaches?
It can help a lot with tension headaches, the kind linked to tension in the neck, the base of the skull and the temples. If you have migraines or frequent headaches with no clear cause, please also see your doctor.
Do I need to wash my hair afterwards?
Only if you choose the nourishing oil treatment. Without oil, you can carry on with your day as normal.
Is it a strong massage?
It's mainly a relaxing treatment. More pressure can be used on the neck and shoulders if you need it, always adapted to you.
Can I give it as a gift?
